Misrepresented products on website

This is at least the third time I've purchased a product which was misrepresented on your website.

The latest item from your "Pet's" section was indicated as 64cm in size. What I received was at best
16cm. I submitted a return request and requested it be exchanged for the advertised item. My request was completely ignored and my account was credited with no explanation.

After contacting Takealot, I was simply told: "We regret informing you, that we do not have that size available."

It should be noted that at no point did I request a refund. If you're not willing to supply the correct item, at least return the original one to me.

Please stop listing items you can't honour!
