Takealot delivery terrible

I bought a psp game from takealot on friday the 13th of december and still have not received the item, i was promised delivery by tuesday the 17th, than when i contacted takealot i found out it was delivered to the wrong post office, i was than told to go collect it from that post office, i refused and than they said they will forward it to the correct post office and i was promised i would receive it by saturday the 21st, I have still not received it, i was also refused a refund and told i have to fill in a return form, how can i return something i never received.

What kind of service is this, I live 30km from johannesburg but have received items from overseas quicker, they were very quick to take my money but still have not delivered my item, this is the worst service i have ever received, i urge everybody to never shop from takealot especially if you need your items in a timely manner.

In my opinion takealot are a bunch of liars and because they took my money and promised me goods which i have still not received and have been denyed my refund.

I want my item or my money back so i can go buy i elsewhere.
