I work next to Centurion Mall and shop at the Woolworths there most days for lunch or dinner. They have since made two separate queues for the food section. While walking to the till, another customer came from the other queue and pushed in front of me, when I pointed out that there was a different till set for this section and that she has pushed in front of me, the teller (Kgomotso) rudely just told me to that another till had opened and I should just go to that one. Regardless of whether another till had opened, the principal of the fact remains that another customer just pushed in and the staff not only accepted it, they told me to just go to another till. I realise that Wooworths has undergone many changes but if they are no longer able to treat all customers fairly and provide a service then they must drop their prices as they can now longer claim to be a premium brand. Alternatively, they can reside themselves to enjoying a smaller share of the market. I would like an apology from the teller, it needs to be made clear to staff that all customers should be treated fairly and not just pushed aside. If it weren't for the customers, they would not have jobs.
