It was around 13:05 when I went passed the first till at the Woolworths food market today and realized that the cashier was assisting only one customer, then I asked her if I can make payment, she told me that she's closed but there was no closing sign on the till indicating that she was serving the last customer or that she will be closed shortly. In less than 5 minutes I then saw a long queue on the very same till with the very same cashier assisting other customers with payments. I spoke to the Supervisor and told her what happened, she defended and made unmerited excuses for her, I felt like an unimportant and worthless customer, as if I didn't matter. To me the service was disappointing and like they maybe have certain special customers whom they value more than the other as they had maybe saved, reserved or booked that till for VIP customer and I am just an ordinary, worthless customer.

To think that I've been keeping my account as well as my husband's account up to date, with no default and tried to be the good customer for years and this is treatment i get? I think they should make it a point that they become Customer Orientated and there should be equality as per CPA
