BAD BAD BAD SERVICE

Card was used at Totalsport Menlyn 27/11 - reported it 5 minutes after receiving SMS. Ricardo at Forensics assisted me excellent and told me to go to Foshini - they must complete a investigation form and sent it to them for investigation. I had to go to the store several times and they kept on insisting on affidavit, certified ID and Copy of my card. Store does not have copier? ha ha this is a joke - retail store like Foshini without copier I had to go make my own copies. Staff not fully trained and overall just very very bad customer service. I could write a 10 pager on how bad my experience was and I will tell everyone I know about this - Ricardo thank you but your excellent help does not make up for the rest of the team's stupidity
