Frustrated over cancelling my top up

I had contacted Jet &Edgars airtime call centre (0860332244) on the 28.11.2013 to cancel a top up which I never asked for!! I was given a reference no. 1311282552765 and was told they will call me back. After about 20 or so calls made to them, still no joy as the call goes to a recording and thereafter just rings and NO ONE answers. My money wasted on phone calls to them!! I had given them an alternate contact number to call as they had requested. NO ONE HAS CALLED ME YET.I cannot activate my Blackerry BIS or any networking sites. I am so frustarated. This is pathetic service offered. I NEED THIS CANCELLED NOW!!! I cant even load airtime. What is the use having a blackberry phone when you cannot even use the services offered. My edgars account is paid up to date but with service like this, I would rather be shopping some where else. I urgently need to activate my BB BIS and emails, cannot even google any sites. Highly frustated!!!...VERY VERY UPSET & FED UP!!!
