Receiving payment reminder on a closed account

Good day,

Kindly assist with resolving this issue; According to my records I closed Jet account on the 29 Oct 2012, now I am receiving sms informing me to pay my account. I have a confirmation letter from Zanele Makhubu stating that the account is paid in full and closed. Yesterday i went to Jet Sandton to find out what is this sms all about then a Gentleman by the name of Khole assisted me only to find out that according to Jet's system i have activated a Jet music sim card on the 16 May 2013. I cannot understand how, who and why they activated a service that I don't even know.
