Great service from Sibongile

On Monday 25 November, I went to the Foschini branch in Silverton, not really sure what I was looking for. I needed 3 dresses in the same style in 3 different sizes. Eventually I found something that I liked, but the shop did not have the sizes I wanted. Sibongile assisted me and she contacted all the branches that stocked the dress, waited while she was put on hold from the other stores and she was genuinely eager to help me. It was truly refreshing to receive that kind of service. Especially with a warm smile. She is definitely a keeper and because of her, I found the dresses that I wanted. Thanks lady, for going the extra mile.
