Faulty couches

I bought couches on the 25/10/13 at Southgate then i noticed the stitches are unravelling, I went to the branch on the 18/11/13 to launch a complaint. The lady called Nelly told me she is knocking off and the manager is not there, she promised to talk to him and give me a call the following day, on my surprised no body called me. I went back to the branch to complain again, she only talk to the manager when she sees me, the manager said he will go and to my house and check the damage. He did and promised to call me after an hour and again no phone call, I phoned them asking for my money they said i cant get it, why I cant get my money for the couches they did'nt even last me for a month.
