Woolworths or is it bull worth

I fully understand returns policy but if it is based on matching sets then it is nonsensical that you can accept one without the other! Items were bought at 9pm and all I wanted was an exchange at 5 the next day all items were brought to the store as I never wore it. Instead the teller refunded me without advising about the ten day reversal. Whoever decided on the returns policy at this store needs to consult with customers as I'm certain I'm not the only customer with the same problem v
