Bad service

I bought couches (Alpha corner couch) and they were delivered on the 27/06/2013 by Kaizer with car reg WMS 468 GP. when they were getting them in the house they broke my big door window and the couches got torn. when i also bought a master guard for the couches; off which it was not applied. I immidiately raised this matter with the Branch and till to date my window is not fixed. The couches were collected a month ago and they promised to bring them 3 days after and till today i still have not recieved the couches. Martin Shabangu (Branch manager) has not been so help in this regard, i have triend to lay my complaint to there complaint desk with no joy. Maria Kgwaredi always promise to come back to me but never calls.

I am very frustrated please assist.
