Poor Service

I received a Groupon gift voucher for Corset SA. I scheduled an appointment for measurements to be taken and Rika informed me that I would receive my size the following Monday and that she would inform me as soon as her new stock arrived. She never contacted me with the measurement nor to inform me that new stock had arrived. After several unanswered emails she eventually replied saying that she had lost all of her contacts. She then forwarded me an additional R100 voucher. I then attempted to arrange an appointment before my overseas trip and again several emails went unanswered. I have already returned from my overseas trip and I again forwarded her an E-mail but to date still no response has been received and the poor non existent service continues. I have now given up trying to claim the vouchers and the money spent by a good friend of mine has had to be written off as it is nearly impossible to actually purchase stock or contact Rika.
