Promises, promises- empty promises!

Bought a voucher on Groupon for 2 ladies for a bra measurement and fitting, which also entitled you to a R200 discount each, and a gift bag of chocs and champagne. A nice "treat" for a mother and daughter, right? Go for the measurement, bought 1 item, and was promised that the unique measurements for each individual would be sent the Monday morning as she didn't have what she needed on the day to work out our proper sizing. Being quite understanding, we had no issue with this. However, we are now 2 months down the line, and still NO measurements / sizing, and no feedback received. The only reply I did get was one full of excuses that the hard drive of pc crashed and info was on there. TOTAL NONSENSE as measurements were taken and HANDWRITTEN on the day. One cannot even complain about service here, as there has been none! Consumers should be aware of this business- promises, promises, and... nothing gets delivered! Shocking!!!
