Poor service/attitude from Head Office Staff??!!?

I am totally disappointed with the service I have received so far from OK Furniture Head Office Employees, since I signed an agreement I've been having difficulties in getting my invoices. The staff is incompetent and rude to their customers from the receptionist to the departments I have been transferred to. I was even given a permission to take this to Hellopeter as they say its not their problem and will not send me what I have requested from them whereas I need the information to keep on my payment profile on my files in order to be able to reconcile my account after I finished the contract with them. I just spoke to Bonisile and Jenine Solomons from OK who contacted me regarding my invoice in a PDF format, they were so rude, impatient and didn't want to hear the side of my story and didn't care of what I needed. OK furniture have bridged the contract between I and them as they failed from the first month to send me my invoices and I have to waste my airtime calling them requesting the same thing every month. I am not going to pay OK until action has been taken by their Top management who will call me and apologize for the poor services I have received from their staff.
