I received a call in October before the 25th, Call center agent conducted survey and offered R50 prepaid airtime or R50 decraese on my account. I never received the R50 prepaid voucher tthat i agreed upon will be allocated on my number on the 25 October.
I received messages few days after stating my credit limit was decreased and on the same message didn't state that the limit was effective same month as i went to store with thoughts that limit still on R5000, only to found the limit took place days after the survey.
