Wrong products, bad service, Passing the buck!

For sometime now I have been buying meat products, from Cavalier Foods (Just Lamb) I am a cash customer I understand that proforma invoices will not always be the same as the eventual tax invoice. But every time I order and pay there is huge differences in quantities and therefor payment amounts. I ve made numerous queries in this regard and they simply say, OH our other stock didn't arrive or its not our fault our suppliers did not send us enough stock, but not once did they even bother to pick up a phone to let me know that my order will be short or Sorry we are out of stock, They wait till you pay and then suddenly there is an issue. Then 80 percent of the time the stock arrives here and its not what you I have ordered, We cant send it back because They claim to be Halal and my shop is not so I get stuck with products that I dont need or cant use. On another delivery one of their trucks crashed into sign boards in front, after phoning their office I was told: "you should have insurance call them" The attitude is horrendous and everybody moves your queries to the next and then the next person but nothing ever get sorted. I am so disappointed in them. And many more incidents etc
