Bad customer service

To whom it may concern

I work in the customer service industry and what I have experienced several times at the Checkers in burgundy estate is shocking. The service is absolutely pathetic and their attitude is even worse. They don't greet you when you go to the till, they just load a plastic bag even though they do not ask if you want one. Main concern is service. I have complained several times and nothing is being done about this disgrace of service.
