I paid R250 for an item on 13 November and haven't received anything as yet. I tried calling, emailing and contacting Just Heavenly but I cant seem to get hold of anyone. Mobile phone number goes straight to voicemail. I fear that I will never receive my product although its already been paid for. How do I go about investigating this further? What are the right steps to follow? This business seems to be.
