I paid R860.00 for a handbag that then turned out to be incorrectly priced on the website, and out of stock. Sharri Van Zyl offered me a refund, which I agreed to, yet weeks later - no refund. I have emailed, I have texted, I have called only to have my calls rejected or ignored, and I've even been blocked on Facebook after my desperate attempts to contact her via her FB page.
