Ordered and Paid for, no confirmation, no response

I ordered and paid for a bikini (R350) on the website. I have subsequently tried to phone and just get the message that the subscriber does not exist, I have e-mailed both addresses on the web page multiple times and have had no response. Starting to think I have been. Should have known better.
