Over charge and unsigned contract

Last year I bought 2 washing machines at the same time. First I ask for quote, then when they delivered it the prices was higher and they send me a multiplug and charge me R400 for it. I did not sign the contract that they send with and ask them to correct it and let me know when I can signed the correct contract. And I never ever take the insurance because I already pay household insurance. I visit and phone them several times and I am still waiting for the contract. I contact customer services as well and all they tell me is that I am a slow payer and that is all that is important. That was two weeks ago and no joy, but they can contact me if they want me to buy something from them. I am a customer since 1991 and bought a lot of stuff from them and that is the way I am treated. Never ever again!!!
