Lewis not honouring warranty on Washing Machine

Kelvinator washing machine was bought from Lewis in 2012. Machine broke down several times and was replaced once already as well. Did research on this specific model and there is quite a few complaints about it. In the first 6 months we asked for a different unit and was denied. The unit was repaired several times over the period until now. Now unit has broken down again, but all we are getting from Lewis are excuses and bad attitudes. We have been waiting for 4 weeks now for repair to this unit (first time it was reported to them), and every time they say the techie will come tomorrow but that never happens. I have already paid the account up in full as well before the contract time has ended, but still I get bad service from them. I also paid for the extended warranty to 3 years, but they are not honoring the warranty. Mention lawyers and they laugh in your face. I am now without a working machine and is forced to wash using my hands, which take up quite a bit of time. NOT HAPPY AT ALL.
