On the 25/11/2013 I received my statement, from Identify only to be surprised that an adjustment debit of R510 was done on my account. This was after my account had a R0 balance for the last two months. I contacted the so called help line and spoke to Tarryn Cuttings, who basically laughed me off and told me that the problem was mine and that I should go sort the problem with my bank and refer to my bank statements.

Even after me explaining to her that I have never missed a payment and that she should check my account and confirm where the fault was, so that I could settle the account if the error was on my side. But she still failed to be off any assistance. Is this the type of service a customer should receive from a large National company?

if that's the case, then I should just close my account and vow never to shop at their stores again!
The due date is the 4/12/2013, I cant pay without clarity on the issue.
