Following my previous complaint on Hello peter dated 13 November 2013. Nothing has been resolved and more frustration has ensued! The response I received gave me a glimmer of hope stating that my problem would be forwarded on to Edcon legal department, BUT that hope was short lived as after forwarding my proof of payments and statement from VVM through I have now been told that my payments will not be updated on Transunion and XDS until the balance is nil?!?! I'm sorry I know my rights as a consumer, yes I know I was at fault not paying but as I have been paying consistently for the past 3 months trying now to sort things out these payment must be recorded. This is not a default listing, it is in arrears (as your call centre agent was so insistent on repeating over and over to me by the way). I am paying to try get this account OUT of arrears?!?!?! the response I received on Hello Peter stated that edcon sends updates to ITC every 31 days? Well its been months so an update should have been made yet NO apparently now my balance has to be NIL?!?! Respond please and no more telephone calls IVE EXPLAINED my story plenty! email is preferable REF : 1411130159/GO
