It is my first time ordering something from from Homechoice after months of phonecalls from them for me to plae an order and the time i decided I wanted to purchase something I get bad service all the way. They had a discrepency with my address and no-one bothered to call me to rectify this, the first CSA i delt with over the phone Luyanda told me it is not their (I'm assuming the company) responsibility to call customers and its a waste of company resources the ustomer must call themselves in to check what is happening with the order, I then delt with the manager Rochelle Frans and she acknowledged my first email which consisted of my documents, I have since sent her 3 e-mails if not more but she has failed to respond, I have called through twice and asked her to return my calls and she has failed to respond. I have sent through a complaint about the CSA Luyanda who was very rude on the phone and no-one from Homechoice has bothered to come back to me. I am utterly disappointed with the disgusting and bad customer service from this retails shop, it has been almost 3 months that i have been sent from pillar to post regarding my order. No correspondence whatsoever from the manager.
