Listing on transunion due to incorrect details

Edcon attempted to contact me on Sunday 13 Oct 2013 I was unavailable.
8:52 on Monday 14 Oct 2013 Edcon contact me on my cell requesting payment. I queried the figure and I was rattled off amounts purchased. I explained that 3 months ago I paid R1000, R300 more than due. The following month payment was made in line with statement and this past month I did not receive statement an therefore paid R350. I stated that the balance of the repayment around R480 would be paid before end of the week. The same day I received a sms stating I had been listed on Transunion credit check. I contacted the call centre at 4:54 a little while after the received of the sms. Requesting reasons for this. The representative claims the log showed that I arranged a payment plan via telephone on Sunday 13 Oct. This is totally incorrect over and above various incorrect facts which was stated. I requested an appology in writting and the call centre agent promply wanted to end the call without my email address. Therefore I request proof that my name has been withdrawn from Transunion and an appology in writting or I will take this matter further.
