Hi, on Sunday the 24th of November 2013, i was at Game Rosebank, wanted to fix my game store card, a lady by the name of Florence came down to the TV stands, she was friendly, professional and helped me within seconds, I would like to say thank you Florence may you lead by example every time, if only all the Game Rosebank tellers/cashiers had the positive attitude Florence portrayed it would be the best Game within the North suburbs.
