After nearly four months of waiting for Katlego and Marcelino Snow from Auto and General to help me sort out the problem with my car after a hi-jacking incident, I was blessed with Florence who did not just tell me that she will phone me to give me a feed back, SHE DID IT REGULARLY. if it was not for her I am sure I will still be without a car. So I would like to say a BIG Thank you to Florence Lerefolo for being so understanding, helpful and going the extra mile to help her client. I wish that more people will follow her example.
