I bought blinds from Game Rosebank, upon paying, an employee of Game pushes past myself and my partner as we were using the same paypoint as staff and they were disgruntled to wait. As she passes us, I say excuse me, however that hint never reached her, I ask the cashier what her name is as I dont expect such service in a store, she promptly turns around her name badge in order for us not to see her name - her name is Lebogang the cashier informs me after she has left. I raise the query with Game and I get 2 generic responses - We apologise and we will ensure tha the appropriate remedial action is taken, I once again ask for specific action taken and then I get no response. When will suppliers learn that brushing off clients to get rid of them is no longer appropriate, I am not seeking anything but informed feedback - how sad Game
