Rosebank College
I just want my Diploma!

I've graduated from Rosebank College in 2009 however I didn't receive my diploma in IT programming because I had to pay an outstanding amount. I've settle my account with Rosebank College on the 19th of february 2012 and I thought I'd receive my diploma the next day after I paid them. I went there they just gave me my transcript and I was told that my diploma was send back to IIE so they will need to request it back. Florence was the one who was supposed to help requesting my document from that organisation. I have been to calling Rosebank college and went there several times but didn't get any help until florence risigned from the college. Nasia is there one I was advised that she will assist since Florence resigned. I still experience the same poor service from her as well cause I've called her so many times and left couple of messages cause is either she's on lunch, meeting or just went out when I called. Please assist me its almost two years now trying to get what belongs to me after hustling to pay R16 000 to pay Rosebank.
