I would like to file a complaint against a Pharmacist at the Rosebank The Zone Clicks. Her name is Olga Moasthe and she was despicable rude. I was at store to get Medication for my 1month old son, she told me that how much of a child I was just because I didn't know his medical aid allocation number. I explained to her I submit the forms and medical was yet to get back to me but in the mean time they assured me that I could use the aid for him. She also failed to ask me the method of payment, but instead got even more rude.

This pharmacist should not deal with customers, she completely ruined my day and it was competely uncalled for.
