I bought a pair of shoes and got a good service at the counter but the problem started when got to the exit. The security (female) stopped me and my partner and demanded my slip as surprised as i was i gave it to her and then she grabbed the plastic bag i was carrying with force, i asked what she was doing and she said " i'll show you what i want ". She managed to pull the plastic bag from my hands and opened it, put her hands and started searching the shoe box inside. I was treated like a criminal and embarrassed in front of customers and people passing by. After she was done searching and threatening me verbally i asked to see the manager and she said go ahead i do not care. The manager came and told me i was wrong to refuse to be searched and i must comply with her RULES, her store her rules and i might be a thieve. I was shocked to recieve bad attitude especially after supporting the store with my hard earned money. The manager told me she does not care even if i complaint at the head office, and that seriously got my attention. The manager who refused to tell me her name is above everyone.
