In Oct I went to fill a perscription for Nexiam for my child. My medical savings are exhausted, so i pay cash for medication, but on this particular day i bought another product for my wife. I went to the till to pay for my goods. A couple of days later they phone my W, to tell her that they had not put a barcode on the Nex so we hadn't paid for it. She told the lady on the phone that she would discuss with me later (my W has a job in which she cannot talk on her cell, so she was just trying to get the conversation over ASAP). Now let me just say that i don't frequently go to this Clicks unless I'm in the area, which isn't often. So TBH it slips my mind, on 22 Nov I go to fill a new perscription for my son. So a lady that works there comes to discuss this matter. So i tell her that we haven't even used the Nex & I'm willing to return it because its really an error that was made by them. On the 27th I go back with a new perscription & the NEX.Now I speak to a new lady. She tells me that she can't take it back & I must just simply pay. To which I don't agree with, but she says she'll get someone to call us to discuss it further. I haven't heard from anyone. The pharmicist made the error, NOT ME
