Excellent Sales Lady at Pavillion Branch

Hi,

I had to take the time to write how impressed i am at the service i received from a sales rep at the Pavillion branch of Sheet Street (Felicity) It has been a very very long time since i have had such a helpful and enthusiastic person to deal with in a shop.

I dont think i have ever received such excellent service in any linen/home shops every in my life as i did with Felicity. We run many accommodation establishments and are continually buying linen etc and this particular lady was patient, helpful and friendly. She went out of her way to give us ideas and certainly sold us many items we didnt go into the shop to buy ;)

Well done to her for being so hardworking and helpful... if she isnt manager of that branch she certainly should be!
