Friendly, Helpful and efficient

I went into the fourways crossing sheet street and was politely greeted by a staff member on arrival, I browsed for while and found a lovely ornamental dove and a plastic plant that i liked but the dove had slight damage. A staff member approached me and asked if there was anything she could help with and i asked whether there were any more of this particular item. She then checked on the system without me having to ask and informed me that there were no more at this branch, but she could locate my nearest branch, she also checked whether that plant was available at the same branch so i could buy both simultaneously. I was blown away by how helpful she was without being asked. Great attitude. Great Service with a Smile. And A beautiful and affordable dove that was well worth the drive to the Northgate branch. All and All a pleasant experience!! Keep up the good work! I only wish I'd caught her name.
