Curtains didn't match room - no fuss refund!

I bought curtains on Sunday, went through the effort of hanging them the same day only to discover that they don't really suit the room. I went to Sheet Street on Monday with the curtains, requested a refund. I did not encounter any issues, it was truly a hassle-free experience. The staff were very friendly and helpful. A big thumbs up to the branch! Thank you for superb service, I wish all shops would learn a thing or two from you!
