I've got to say every time I go into Sheet Street I'm amazed at how helpful and friendly the staff are. The sales team are there to help but have somehow found a balance of not being overbearing at the same time.
I always remark that they should train other shops on customer service because nothing seems too much for them and it's just the most refreshing attitude.
