Account applicartion

I have opened an account with foschini on saturday at the Grove mall and they promised to send me ans sms the same day, i waited until monday with no assitance. i then went to Montana (kolonnade) on tuesday, they said there was nothing on the system, so they said i must apply again. They promised to call me on wednesday midday or send sms of approval or decline, nothing was done. i was just requesting an account application so i can see that they have enough sales, atleast they should have send me sms to say that i was declined. i have received no feedback until this day. What a service...
