Dear Rage

to my surprise I am blacklisted on the ITC and I called you guys and I spoke with your legal team and you agreed to rectify the error on your side that was 2 months ago. Hence i paid up and closed the account because of your guys incompetency. Now My credit score is low because of your teams incompetency. I have logged a complaint against you guys with ITC and you better sort this out before it gets pretty ugly!!
