RAGE SHOES.. Disgusting service!

I have tried a million times to get hold of customer care for rage and there is no help whatsoever. I have lost my rage card and went into a branch at city view mall. They took my I'd number and said they would give me a call back as I wanted to pay off the account and close it. Waiting 4months and NO response as yet. Please can you assist in closing my account with your store, and I will pay the closing balance. I would like assistance as soon as possible! Thanks
