Unreasonable service

I was approved for a Rage account. When I came to the store to get my card, I had a copy of my ID and a license. I was told to only bring a SA ID. I informed Rage employee's that my ID was however and that I ad reported it and made a new one - which was and still not in my possession as yet. I produced my ID copy and license still I was not able to buy on this account which Rage had approved for me.

Please sort this out, or I will close that account and take my business elsewhere.
