No Delivery of Goods after Payment! No Feedback!!!

I ordered 3 items online on 21 November. Payment was made on the same day. To date no delivery has been made. I have been calling weekly with no joy. The same facts have to be stated over and over again to each new call centre operator. Edgars/RedSquare have not taken any action to resolve the matter.
