On the 27th October 2013 I bought Microwave at Groblersdal Game, it did not take even 2 Months, the microwave was not heating up. on the 11th of December i took the Microwave back to Game & they said they are going to fix it. The person that was helping me said should it take more than 21 days without it been returned they will either replace of refund me. Even the documentation states that. Of which its already an inconvinience to wait for a product that did not even take 3 months working properly.
To my suprise this morning when i went to check on the Microwave, the person at Game says their 21 days started counting on the 6th of January 2014. Almost a month after I left the Microwave there.

I am really disappointed in Game Groblersdal & the way it treats its customer, This is unacceptable, Should I really wait for another month to get the product that I bought? What kind of customer service & customer satisfaction is this?

I want nothing to do with Game Groblersdal, all I want is my money back. I hope this matter will be soved with soon.
