I paid Bartnetts but they say i still owe them

I had two accounts with the shop. I fully paid my last account at Barnetts Kempton park on 31/08/2013 with an amount of 657.41. it was confirmed that I owe them no more. Today I got a call from 27102110100 telling me I owe barnetts R700. I am shocked as I paid them in full three months ago. Please help because this is affecting my credit record as I am trying to buy a house but I cant because of bad credit record.
