14 March 2013, I contacted Homemark to order spares for a helicopter bought in February 2013 for my kid. I requested a product list with prices to have a look at, which I received the following day. On the 18th she told me that postage will cost R100.
On 20 June 2013 I placed the order for only one part, got confirmation that she ordered it for me. On 10 July 2013 she e-mailed me to inform that she received the part after which I battled to get a proforma invoice for payment thereof.
On 23 July 2013 I asked of her to hold the order and also get another part for me. On 30 August 2013 I queried the orders which I heard nothing of, and she replied that I should pay for the items, not answering me that the parts were received by them. Then on 4 Sept. 2013 I asked her to send me the proforma invoice for al the parts ordered where upon she replied that she'll do that for me.
Till today and informing her that I'll report her and Homemark on Hellopeter for their lack of assistance she didn't bother to even assist or sending the invoice as requested.
What;'s the use from buying Homemark items and not receiving customer service?
