Breach of contract and bad customer service

I bought a bed on the 26th of June 2013 it was delivered to me on the 29th of June. The bed was soked with water, started dripping on the floor. I went to report at barnetts Andries street Pretoria where i bought it, the manager called the warehouse and advised they will come and pick it up, they never came. I did a follow up, i was advised my case is with the warehouse. Lately, when i walk in the shop to follow up on this issue, the stuff just laughes at me. Its now the 13th of January, no one has come to collect or even see the condition of the bed. I've now found bugs on this bed but im still being laughed at.

Im paying installments monthly but i am treated so badly. Please can somebody advise me what i need to get this problem resoved.
