Bad service

I have been receiving calls from your call centre telling me that i need to pay R103 or else i will be handed over, i then received a SMS saying that if i dont pay R12.50 i will be put under administration. REALLY??!!! I am being threatened for R12.50? My account is always paid up, in fact i usually pay it in full and i get treated like a person who never pays, when i received the call and was told i hadnt paid in 2 months i informed the lady (KIM) that i had made a payment last month to cover club costs etc, then she tells me now suddenly her system is frozen so she cant check. Please ensure the facts are correct before phoning and telling me i do not pay and then still tell me i am being charged R40 something for the call!!! i am going this saturday to pay R103 and to close my account as really this is disgusting customer service and i would rather take my business elsewhere.
