Pick 'n Pay
Failed return policy... which makes no sense

I bought liquor from pick n pay, for an event I had, knowing that no one in my household drinks... I wanted to return the left over liquor... I felt so disrespected cause I don't know what to do with it... I supported them yet they let me down... They state that their policy doesn't allow me to return the goods even though I have proof of purchase... While Checkers state the opposite and I'm allowed to return them... I want to form a complaint immediately... need help
