I want refunds for Cancelled Orders

After ordering 4 products on [URL Removed] .I only received 2 of the 4 products I ordered and was told that the remaining 2 products would be delivered to me at a later stage/ After 2 weeks I checked the progress of my order on line only to find out that the 2 products have been cancelled. This was not communicated to me via email or by phone!
When I called I was told that the goods I ordered were out of stock-WHY WAS this DISPLAYED ON THE SCREEN AS AVAILABLE GOODS TO BEGIN WITH?).
On top of that I see that I have not been refunded for the cancelled orders!
I have called the call centre numerous times and no one has fixed this nor has anyone come back to me with any feedback.

Kindly return the amount for the cancelled goods!
