I having problem with HomeChoice from day one, I was warned not to buy by them but will never listen. One of their sale consultant phoned me about their blanket special which I now I ever regret it. October I had financial problems as I had to have a eye operation then I contacted the call centre and inform them my situation and the consultant said they will make note on my account told them would pay them end of November. Also told them don't get statements and to send a break down of what I bought as the statement that I received August because it only showed the balance and the payments. I have phoned many times for statement and break down all they say will send it. I am ot entitled to know what I am paying for, now they inform me they have handed my account over to V V M. I have contact the call centre again on Tuesday, 19th Nov and they have mention that items that is on my account and the where 2 items that I have returned because the quality is bad.
Now tell me why am I paying for something that I have returned.
